Requirements:
Relevant university degree (Ecology, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in construction
Knowledge of HSE legislation and technical rules
Knowledge of HSE policy and management systems
Fluency in English
Main responsibilities:
Organise the methodology in order to collect the HSE training needs
Organise and deliver HSE training course
Define / develop tools / method in order to monitor the effectiveness of the course delivered
Standardize the HSE training course catalogue
Candidate’s profile:
A cooperative person with good communication skills
Highly organized, structured and systematic
Strong planning and analytical skills
